摘要
本文介绍了首台国产化高压螺纹锁紧环换热器的结构和工作原理,主要分析了2013年检修后开工气密阶段换热器外漏的原因,并提出了检修改进方案,完成了换热器的检修。为螺纹锁紧环换热器的检修、设计及改造提供了依据。
This thesis introduces the state first set localization of high pressure Breech Lock Heat Exchanger Structure and operating principle, and mainly analyzes the reason of heat exchanger leakage during operation stage in 2013, and proposes inspection and improvement planning, completed the heat exchanger examination and repair. It provided the evidence for breech lock heat exchanger inspection, repair, design and improvement.
