抗凝药物在系统性红斑狼疮中的应用研究现状

The application status of anticoagulant drugs in systemic lupus erythematosus

系统性红斑狼疮是可以累及全身各系统的免疫性疾病,其发病机制是免疫介导的血管炎。在众多研究中,不难发现系统性红斑狼疮及其并发症的治疗中抗凝药物的使用变得越来越普遍,并且中药作为辅助手段治疗系统性红斑狼疮中也多加用活血化瘀药物,现将系统性红斑狼疮应用抗凝药物的研究进展做一综述。

Systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune disease which could be involved in every system all over the body.And its pathogenesis is immunemediated vasculitis.In numerous studies,we can find that the anticoagulants have been used in treatment of system lupus erythematosus （ SLE ） and its complications, and it becomes more and more popular.What more,as an adjunctive therapy for the systemic lupus erythematosus,traditional Chinese medicine also been added in, such as blood circulation drugs . This article reviews research progress on the application of anticoagulant drugs in systemic lupus erythematosus.
