摘要
在职业教育的体系中,将知识、能力、素质教育综合起来的被称为是实训教学工作,实训教学工作也是帮助学生快速建立起职业意识和培养职业能力的重要方式。高职院校进行实训教学的目的是为了让学生在掌握了本专业知识的基础上,使学生拥有相对应的职业能力,促进学生在职业素质上的全面发展。南京城市职业学院将6S管理模式应用在实训教学工作中,能够使实训现场更加接近企业生产状况,这样实训效果更加具有针对性和实用性,不仅培养了学生的职业行为,更提高了实训效果。因此,建立6S管理机制能够保障实训教学的规范性,保障实训教学的完善性,保障实训教学高质量。
In the system of vocational education, practical teaching is the synthesis of knowledge, ability and quality-oriented education, which is an important way to help students quickly construct professional consciousness and foster professional ability. The purpose of vocational colleges operating practical teaching is to allow students to not only master knowledge of their own major but also to possess professional ability, promoting students' integrated development. Nanjing city vocational college applies 6S management model into practical teaching, which can assimilate the training field with production status of enterprises. In this way, the training result is more specific and practical, which not only cultivates students' professional behaviors but also improves practical training effects.
