文章就数据技术在CRM中的应用展开讨论,认为数据挖掘技术可以用于客户识别、获取新客户、提升客户的固有价值和保持客户4个方面,旨在通过有益的探索和讨论,为推动数据挖掘技术在客户关系管理方面的广泛应用作出贡献。
This paper discusses the application of CRM technology in data, and believes that data mining technology can be used to identify customers, acquire new customers, enhance the intrinsic value of customers and keep the customer 4 aspects, aiming at making contributions to the wide application of data mining technology in the customer relationship management, and to promote the application of data mining technology.
