摘要
目的探讨踝关节周围神经CT多平面重建图像的影像学表现及特点。方法选取30例正常成年人踝关节CT图像,在GE公司AW4.6工作站上对踝关节周围神经进行多平面重建,取其最大显示层面,观察其影像学表现及特点。结果在多平面重建图像中,30例(100%)能够显示胫神经踝管段、足底内侧神经主干及足底内、外侧神经起始部分叉,28例(93%)能够显示足底外侧神经主干,26例(86%)能够显示跟内侧神经,5例(16%)显示腓深神经踝关节段。结论CT多平面重建可理想地显示踝关节周围主要神经走行起止点、方向、形态、粗细、张力及毗邻关系,它对神经损伤及相关病变的影像学诊断具有较大的应用价值。
Objective To explore the imaging and anatomical features of the peripheral nerve in ankle joint with CT on multi- plane reconstruction (MPR) techniques. Methods 30 cases of normal adult ankle joint CT images were scanned. We recon- structed the peripheral nerve in ankle joint in workstation (AW4.6) and observed their imaging performance and features at the maximum slice. Results In the images on multi-plane reconstruction, 30 cases ( 100% ) were able to display the tibial nerve, the medial plantar nerve trunk and the start part of the medial plantar nerve and the lateral plantar nerve. Conclusion Each main peripheral nerve in ankle joint can be shown clearly with CT on MPR techniques, including their whole shapes of passage from starting to end, direction of travel, the overall shape, size, tension and their relations to the adjacent structures. The technique has great application value in the diagnosis of nerve injury and related diseases.
