摘要
肺癌是肿瘤死亡的主要原因,如何提高患者的生存时间,最大程度减少治疗过程的毒副作用,降低经济成本,一直是医学工作者探讨和研究的。作为影像工作者,我们在指导个体化、精准化治疗方面又能做什么呢?在这篇综述里,我们主要集中探讨MRI各种成像技术,如动态增强、弥散加权等在进展期非小细胞肺癌治疗疗效评估中的应用,以及它们和传统肺癌疗效评估技术的优缺点的比较。
Lung cancer is the major cause of cancer death. The medical workers have been exploring and investigating how to improve the patients'survival time and to minimize the side effects of treatment, and to reduce the economic costs. As image workers, what can we do in guiding individualized, accurate theraphy in this review. We mainly focus on the applications of kinds of MRI techniques, such as dynamic contrast-enhanced MR and diffusion-weighted MR in advanced non-small cell lung cancer response evaluation, and the advantages and disadvantages of this techniques comparation with the traditional technology.
