未成年人刑事检察工作:现状、问题与对策——以大连某区人民检察院未成年人刑事检察实践为视角

Juvenile Criminal Prosecution: Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures—Take the juvenile criminal prosecution of one district in Dalian as an example

未成年人刑事检察是刑事检察中的重要组成部分,对预防惩治未成年人犯罪、保护未成年人的合法权益发挥着重要的作用。通过立足基层检察院近年来的未成年人刑事检察办案实践,管中窥豹,总结其中面临的案多人少、侦查机关存在程序违法、社会调查存在缺陷等突出问题,并就相关问题的解决提出相应的对策建议,以期对未成年人刑事检察工作实践发展有所裨益。

Juvenile criminal prosecution is an important part of criminal prosecution for preventing juveniles from committing crime and protecting the legal rights of juveniles. Based on juvenile criminal procuratorial practice of grassroots procuratorates in recent years, this article sums up problems in deficiency in working staff, defects in procedure and social survey and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to benefit juvenile criminal procuratorial work.
