社区警务视角下派出所群众工作中的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Mass Work in Police Station from the Perspective of Community Policing

当前,我国正处在经济社会发展的重要战略机遇期和矛盾凸显期,公安机关维护社会安全与安宁的任务十分艰巨。怎样继承和发扬专门工作与群众路线相结合的优良传统和政治优势,做好新形势下的群众工作,是公安工作面临的重大理论课题,也是维护国家长治久安的政治任务。作为公安机关的基层窗口单位,派出所不仅肩负着维护辖区社会安全与安宁的治安职责,也是基层政府密切联系群众、服务群众的重要平台。本文基于社区警务视角,对当前派出所群众工作中存在的主要问题及原因进行了分析,并在此基础上提出的改进的对策措施。

At present, our country is in an important period of strategic opportunities and contradictions of economic and social development, and it is very arduous for the public security organs to maintain social security and tranquility of the task. How to inherit and develop the special work and the mass line combining the fine tradition and political advantage, do mass work under the new situation, is a major theoretical issue facing the public security work, but also the maintenance of national long period of stability political task. As a grass-roots unit of public security organs, the police stations not only shoulder the responsibility to maintain social security and tranquility of the area, but also serve as an important platform for the grassroots government to close contact with the masses. Based on the perspective of community policing, this paper analyzes the main problems and causes of the current police station, and puts forward countermeasures to improve it.
