摘要 能打胜仗是实现强军目标的核心所在。为深入贯彻落实好这一强军目标,非常有必要对实战化教学训练影响因素进行分析和研究。实战化教学训练影响因素不仅包括施教人员层面的主体因素,受训人员层面的客体因素,而且还包括场地、器材、以及传播实战精神和实战文化的某些物质载体等层面的环境因素。教学工作者应该深入分析研究实战化教学训练影响因素,寻找到影响因素的消解路径,尽快为公安实战部门培养出实战型的指挥管理人才。 To win the war is the core of achieving military objectives. In order to thoroughly implement the military targets, it is very necessary to carry on the analysis and the research on the influential factors of the mode of actual combat teaching and training. The mode of combat training influenced factors includes not only main factors in teaching staff level, objective factors in trained personnel level, but also including the venues, equipments and environmental factors which is to spreading combating spirit and practical culture of certain material. Teaching staff should analyze the influential factors of the mode of combat training, to find the degradation path of influential factors, and cultivate the commanding and managing talents for personnel the public security combat.
