校局合作模式下公安院校立体化实践教学体系的构建 被引量:2

摘要 在校局合作模式下建立立体化实践教学体系是符合国家有关普通本科向应用型本科转变的需要,同时也是培养公安实战需求的合格人才和公安学和公安技术学科性质的需要。在建立立体化实践教学体系时必须遵循协同创新、实践教学环节连贯性以及以公安实战需求为导向的原则。体系的构成主要包括实验实训课平台、实践能力平台和创新能力培养三个应用性平台。立体化实践教学体系实施应先签署联合育人协议,然后选择相应的合作课程,并针对课程成立相应的教学团队,最后进行联合考核。为保证立体化实践教学体系的顺利进行还应建立相应的保障措施。 To build three-dimensional practical teaching system under cooperation mode of college and bureau is in accordance with the needs of transforming from general colleges to application-oriented colleges, of cultivating qualified personnel and establishing subjects of public security technology. The establishment of three-dimensional teaching system must obey the principle of collaborative innovation, practice teaching and actual combat. The system is constituted by experimental training platform, practical ability platform and innovative ability training platform. The three-dimensional teaching system should sign a joint agreement, select the appropriate course of cooperation, establish the corresponding teaching team for the course, and finally conduct combined assessment. Corresponding measures should be founded for the smooth progress of the three-dimensional practical teaching system.
