Processing Object Management in Implementation Stage of Hydropower Projects in Laos

通过对老挝水电工程实施阶段建设征地范围的界定和处理对象管理工作的现状、工作组织及实施过程的总结,梳理了在老挝开展水电工程处理对象管理的一般方法、存在问题,并提出了老挝水电工程开展此项工作的建议,以期为后续中资企业开发老挝水电工程理顺参与处理对象管理的相关各方的职责与分工,为后期顺利完成土地征收和移民安置工作提供有益的参考。

The definition experience of the construction land acquisition scope in implementation stage of hydropower projects in Laos is summarized. The current status,work organization and implementation process of the processing object management in these projects are introduced. The commonly adopted approaches,existing problems and corresponding suggestions are presented for the processing object management in hydropower projects in Laos. It could be a useful reference for Chinese companies to clarify the responsibilities and duties of relevant parties involved in the processing object management in hydropower projects in Laos,and thus successfully complete the land acquisition and resettlement work.
