Summary of New Urbanization Theoretical Study of the Past Five Years

近五年来,我国新型城镇化的发展取得了显著的成绩,对于新型城镇化发展的理论研究已成为当前国内研究的热点问题。2014年底,我国对省、市、县、镇不同层级、中东西不同区域的"62+2"个地区展开新型城镇化的试点工作,并取得了一定的成效。结合近五年的文献,学者们围绕新型城镇化的具体概念、基本特征、研究意义和建设重点等问题进行了深入的分析和讨论。其研究结果有助于我们对新型城镇化展开进一步的研究,也有助于推动新型城镇化更好更快的发展。

In the past five years, the development of new urbanization has made remarkable achievements, and the theoretical research on the development of new urbanization has become a hot issue in the current domestic re- search. At the end of 2014, our government did a new urbanization pilot work in different levels of China＇ s provin- cial, city, county, town in ＂62 ＋ 2＂ different regions, and some results achieved. Based on the literature of the past five years, scholars have conducted in-depth analysis and discussion on the specific concept, basic features, research significance and key points of the new urbanization. The results of the study will help us to further study the new urbanization, and also help to promote the better and faster development of new urbanization.
