河南省农村小学英语教师专业发展现状与对策研究

A Study on the Current Situation of English Teachers' Professional Development in Rural Primary Schools in Henan Province and the Strategies

促进小学英语教师专业发展是提高小学英语教学质量的关键。目前合格的农村小学英语教师比较短缺。调查了河南省农村小学英语教师专业发展中存在的问题,分析了造成这些问题的原因,并提出了促进农村小学英语教师专业发展的对策。

Promoting the professional development of English teachers is the key to improve the quality of English Teaching in primary schools. There is a shortage of qualified English teachers in rural primary schools. This paper investigates the problems existing in the professional development of English teachers in rural primary schools in Henan Province, analyzes the reasons for these problems, and puts forward the strategies for promoting the profes- sional development of English teachers in rural primary schools.
