摘要
以(NH_4)6Mo_7O_(24)·4H_2O和SnCl_2·2H_2O为原料,采用异质絮凝法制备了核壳型SnO_(2-x)/MoO_(3-y)。用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)及X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对复合物进行了表征,并在H_2O_2存在下,以3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯胺(TMB)为过氧化物酶底物,考察了其拟过氧化物酶活性。
SnO2-x/MoO3-y nanocomposites were prepared by using SnCl2·2H2O and (NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O as raw materials via heterogeneous flocculation method. The products were characterized by XRD and TEM. Its peroxidase-like activity was investigated by catalyzing the reaction of peroxidase substrate 3,3', 5,5'-tetramethylben- zidine(TMB) in the presence of H2O2.
