摘要
印度是金砖国家之一,凭借七所顶尖的理工学院,印度的高等工程教育取得了骄人的成绩。但"大跃进"式的发展也使其面临重重困境,总体质量堪忧。对于中国来说,同为处在追赶位置的发展中大国,印度高等工程教育发展的经验与教训,值得借鉴与反思。应在继续坚持"卓越工程师"培养的基础上,从资金支持、人事管理、激励机制、质量评估等方面深化我国高等工程教育改革。
As one of the BRIC countries,India's higher engineering education has made remarkable achievements with seven leading polytechnics.However,this developmental type of " Great Leap Forward" also makes it face numerous difficulties,and influenced its overall quality.As the member of developing country,it's necessary for China to learn the experiences and draw the lessons from India on the development of higher engineering education to deepen the reform from the aspects of financial support,personnel management,incentive mechanism and quality evaluation on the basis of the cultivation of "excellent engineers".
