摘要
方法 利用数值模拟法 ,对乐安油田热采水平井的开采模式和优化设计进行研究 ,并针对水平井汽窜和出砂问题 ,采用了调剖、封堵、机械防砂等多种新工艺技术。目的 选择适合于各区域的水平井开采方式 ,最大限度提高薄油层热采效果。结果 通过对水平井的生产效果评价和产能影响因素分析 ,证实利用水平井开采其产量达直井的 3~ 4倍 ,油汽比提高 0 2以上。结论 利用水平井对乐安油田薄层疏松砂砾岩储层稠油油藏进行热采是成功的 ,并已形成了完井、防砂、注汽、封窜调剖。
Method\ Numerical simulation is performed for the thermal recovery mode and optimal design of horizontal well in Le'an oilfield. Besides, profile adjusting, blocking, mechanical sand packing and other new techniques are applied to solve steam channeling and sand producing in horizontal wells. Purpose\ To select individually suitable recovery mode for horizontal well in every area so that better thermal recovery can be expected from thin oil-bearing layer. Result\ It is substantiated that the production from horizontal well is 3 or 4 times that of vertical ones at a better OGR (0.2 higher) through evaluating production effect and affecting factors of horizontal wells. Conclusion\ Successful results are to be achieved from thin layer, coarse glutenite reservoirs of Le'an oilfield with thermal production. In addition, a series of complementary techniques, such as completion, sand packing, steam injection, channeling blocking, profile adjusting, producing, etc., has emerged after practice. \;\;
