摘要
文章通过室内试验对水泥稳定再生水泥混凝土集料的抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量等性能进行了研究。室内试验结果表明:相同水泥掺量下,水泥稳定天然集料的无侧限抗压强度要优于水泥稳定再生水泥混凝土集料;水泥稳定再生水泥混凝土集料中,水泥的最佳掺入量为4.5%;水泥稳定再生水泥混凝土集料的90d劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量值均低于水泥稳定天然集料,但满足相关规范要求。同时,通过工程实例应用表明:水泥稳定再生水泥混凝土集料可用于道路基层,具有良好的路用性能。
Through laboratory tests,this article studied the compressive strength,splitting strength,compressive resilient modulus and other properties of cement stabilized recycled concrete aggregate.Laboratory test results showed that:under the same cement content,the unconfined compressive strength of cement stabilized natural aggregates is superior to cement stabilized recycled concrete aggregate;in the cement stabilized recycled concrete aggregates,the optimum adding amount of cement is4.5%;90dsplitting strength and compressive resilient modulus values of cement stabilized recycled concrete aggregates are lower than the cement stabilized natural aggregates,which,however,can meet the relevant regulatory requirements.At the same time,the engineering applications showed that:the cement stabilized recycled concrete aggregate can be used for pavement base,with good road performance.
