Study on Heavy-haul Train Transportation Organization Scheme in Menghua Railway

蒙华铁路是我国最大规模的运煤专线,为完成该货运通道远期2亿吨的重载运输任务,文章从规划设计输送能力、通过能力利用率、机车使用数量以及专用货车的配备数量四个方面考虑,建立多目标规划模型,标定参数并利用单纯形法进行求解,确定重载列车运输组织方案,计算每种方案的评价指标并给出相关建议,为通道建成后的实际运营提供理论依据。

Menghua Railway is the coal transporting line with the largest size in China,therefore,in order to complete the long-term 200 million tons heavy-haul transport tasks of this freight corridor,this article established the multi-objective programming model considering the planning and design of transmission capacity,passing capacity utilization rate,locomotives utilization number,and number of equipped special freight train,calibrated the parameters and solved by the simplex method,determined the transport organization scheme for heavy-haul trains,and calculated the evaluation index of each program and proposed the related suggestions,thereby providing the theoretical basis for the actual operations of this corridor after completion.
