U-S合作背景下的幼儿园教师科研现状调查——以合肥市公办园为例

A Survey onResearch Situation of the Kindergarten Teachers Based on U-S Cooperation—— TakingHefei Public Kindergarten Teachers as an Example

通过对合肥市公办幼儿园教师科研现状的调查,研究并探讨幼儿园教师教育科研主要状况,从幼儿园教师科研意识、科研知识、科研能力和科研经验等维度探求幼儿园教师科研素养水平。根据研究结论,提出通过转变观念、提高反思能力、培养科研问题意识、搭建U-S合作平台、实施文化引领等策略,促进幼儿园教师专业发展。

A survey on the research situation of public kindergarten teachers in Hefei shows that the kindergarten teachers need to be guided and trained in the following research areas： awareness, knowledge, ability, and experience. This is to improve their research level and therefore to improve the teaching quality of the teachers. The University and School （U-S） cooperation can change the teachers＇ concepts of teaching, improve their reflective ability, cultivate their research awareness, and make cultural guide in order to promote their professional development.
