摘要
通过对合肥市公办幼儿园教师科研现状的调查,研究并探讨幼儿园教师教育科研主要状况,从幼儿园教师科研意识、科研知识、科研能力和科研经验等维度探求幼儿园教师科研素养水平。根据研究结论,提出通过转变观念、提高反思能力、培养科研问题意识、搭建U-S合作平台、实施文化引领等策略,促进幼儿园教师专业发展。
A survey on the research situation of public kindergarten teachers in Hefei shows that the kindergarten teachers need to be guided and trained in the following research areas: awareness, knowledge, ability, and experience. This is to improve their research level and therefore to improve the teaching quality of the teachers. The University and School (U-S) cooperation can change the teachers' concepts of teaching, improve their reflective ability, cultivate their research awareness, and make cultural guide in order to promote their professional development.
