The design quality of a product reflects the degree of conformity between the product design and the user’ s expectation. It has become an important part of the product quality,and the manufacturing quality of mechanical products is the top prority. This paper made research on the machining precision of components,the surface quality of components,and it is very important to improve the product quality by enhancing dimensional accuracy, shape accuracy,precision of direction,position and runout.
