The electronic archives of financial accounting is a key component of the file management of enterprises and public institutions, which is of great significance to improve enterprise’ s financial level, accounting ability and information level. The management and reuse of financial accounting electronic archives were analyzed in this paper,hoping to provide a reference for enterprises and public institutions.
