随着时代与经济技术的发展,人力资源成为重大的发展动力之一。绩效考核是事业单位绩效管理手段之一,可以更好地按照事业单位的目标评估、考核员工的工作业绩,运用考核结果进行分析,可以对未来的工作做出计划和指导,对事业单位具有极大的借鉴意义。政府和事业单位需要加强绩效考核管理,提高工作效率。
With the development of economy and technology,human resources has become one of the most important driving forces. Performance evaluation is one of the means of performance management,which can better assess the performance of the staff in accordance with the objectives of the institution. The use of assessment results for analysis which is of great reference significance can make plans for future work. Government and public institutions need to strengthen the performance appraisal management and improve work efficiency.
