近年来路面不断开挖,架空的线网越来越密集,管线出现的事故也越来越多,这些已逐步呈现高发态势。所以,国家根据这些情况将地下综合管廊建设列入城市基础设施建设的重点。哈尔滨市作为国家地下综合管廊建设试点城市之一,一直在全力组织地下综合管廊建设。

In recent years,excavation of pavement has been carried out continuously. Accidents have been showing a high incidence due to the more intensive overhead lines. Therefore,the construction of underground pipe gallery is included in the focus of urban infrastructure construction. As one of the pilot cities for national underground pipe gallery construction,Harbin has been making efforts on the underground pipe gallery construction.
