外裹碳纤维布加固预制桩桩头的应用研究与实践

摘要 预制钢筋混凝土方桩施工过程中,当持力层过于坚硬、沉桩困难时,经常出现桩头破损问题,影响施工进度和工程质量。该文介绍了一种采用外裹碳纤维布加固预制桩桩头,减小桩头破损率的方法,结合工程实践验证其作用及可行性,证明此种方法有效可行。 During the sinking process of reinforced concrete precast pile, the pile head broken will occur frequently when the supporting course is too hard or pile sinking is difficult. It influences the schedule and quality of the construction. This article introduces a pile head reinforce method by wrapping carbon fiber cloth to reduce the damage rate of pile head. Combined with engineering practice to verify its effect and feasibility, it proved the method is effective and feasible.
