Automatic Conveying Device for Fruit Baskets of Fruit Sorting Waxing Machine Based on PLC

作为水果生产加工环节重要的组成部分,水果打蜡分选机的生产效率决定着企业的经济效益。从打蜡机水果筐输送线着手,设计并实现一种可使打蜡分选机生产效率达20t/h的稳定高效的水果分级自动送筐控制系统。系统利用可编程序控制器(PLC)作为控制中心,改进了几大控制单元,并且设计了配套的旋转工作台,旨在提高企业生产自动化水平,从而有效降低企业生产成本和管理成本。

Fruit waxing sorting machine is an important part of the fruit production and processing link,the production efficiency determines the economic benefits of the enterprise.From the fruit basket of the waxing machine conveying line to begin,this paper designed and implemented a stable and efficient control system of automatic feeding fruit basket.Its production efficiency can reach 20t/h.The system,using programmable logic controller（PLC）as the control center improves the several control unit and designs the supporting rotary table.The scheme is designed to improve the level of production automation,so as to reduce the cost of production and management of enterprises effectively.
