摘要
通过固相反应法制备了BaZr_(0.25)Ti_(0.75)O_3–BaMg_6Ti_6O_(19)复合陶瓷,研究其介电响应规律,发现将修正后的Johnson公式与多重极化机制模型结合,能够很好地拟合实验数据,表明这是描述复合陶瓷介电响应规律的有效方法。
BaZr_(0.25)Ti_(0.75)O_3-BaMg_6Ti_6O_(19) ceramics were prepared by solid state method,and dielectric response was studied.Experimental data was fitted well by combining modified Johnson equation with multipolarization mechanism model.The results show that the method is an effective method to describe dielectric response of composite ceramics.
