摘要
目的:建立利肝隆颗粒五味子中4种木脂素成分的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 m L·min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长:230 nm。结果:被测的4种成分在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.4%~99.6%,RSD为0.6%~0.8%。结论:本实验所建立的方法稳定可靠、简便可行,可用于该品种五味子木脂素类成分的定量分析。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of four lignans in Schisandrae chinensis fructus of Liganlong Granule. Methods: The HPLC method was carried out on a C18 column using gradient elution of methanol and water as the mobile phase, and the flow rate was 1.0 m L · min-1, the column temperature was 30 °C and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results: The calibration curves of four lignans all met the requirement. The average recovery was 97.4%-99.6%, and RSD was 0.6%-0.8%. Conclusion: This method is stable, convenient and reliable for quantitative analysis of lignans in Schisandrae chinensis fructus.
