摘要
目的:探讨血浆(1,3)-β-D-葡聚糖动态检测在侵袭性真菌感染的诊断和药物疗效评价中的价值。方法:采用微生物快速动态检测仪及动态真菌检测试剂盒定量检测40例疑似真菌感染患者的血浆(1,3)-β-D-葡聚糖的含量,并对应用抗真菌药物的患者进行血浆(1,3)-β-D-葡聚糖动态追踪监测,每次均与真菌培养法相比较。结果:40例患者血浆(1,3)-β-D-葡聚糖水平均大于100pg·m L-1时,真菌培养法16例阳性,有32例经抗真菌药物治疗后,血浆(1,3)-β-D-葡聚糖浓度显著降低。结论:血浆(1,3)-β-D-葡聚糖动态检测可用于侵袭性真菌感染的早期诊断,是有效评价抗真菌药物疗效的指标。
Objective: To study the contribution of dynamic detection of the plasma(1-3)-β-D-glucan to diagnosis and therapeutic monitoring of invasive fungal infection. Methods: The fungal detection instrument and fast dynamic microbial detection kit were used for quantitative detection of plasma(1,3)-β-D-glucan concentration in 40 cases of patients with suspected fungal infection. Dynamic monitoring of plasma(1,3)-β-D-glucan in patients with antifungal agents was conducted and the results were compared with those by the fungal culture method. Results: All 40 cases of patients had a plasma(1,3)-β-D-glucan level higher than 100 pg · m L-1, among which 16 cases were positive by the fungi culture method. 32 cases were treated with anti fungal drugs, and the plasma(1,3)-β-D-glucan concentration was significantly decreased. Conclusion: Dynamic detection of plasma(1,3)-β-D-glucan can be used for early diagnosis of invasive fungal infections, and is an effective index to evaluate the efficacy of antifungal drugs.
