议葡萄糖注射液的标度及等渗度

摘要 目的:讨论《中国药典》2015年版中葡萄糖注射液的标度及等渗度问题。方法:查阅各版本的《中国药典》、国外药典、国家标准,以及相关专业书籍进行比较和推理。结果与结论:从1977年到2015年各版本《中国药典》收载的5%葡萄糖注射液均为低渗注射液,这与我国高等教育规划教材、药典委员会编辑出版的《临床用药须知》推荐使用等渗注射液不统一。建议《中国药典》将5%、50%葡萄糖注射液的标度依次改为质量浓度50 g·L^(-1)、500 g·L^(-1)葡萄糖注射液,"渗透压摩尔浓度"(单位:mMOSmol·L^(-1))改为"渗透浓度"(单位:mol·L^(-1)或mmol·L^(-1))。 Objective: To discuss the scale and isotonic degree of glucose injection in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition). Methods: Different editions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, foreign Pharmacopoeia and national standard were consulted, and relevant professional books were compared and inferred. Results and Conclusion: In Chinese Pharmacopoeia(from the 1977 edition to 2015 edition), the 5%glucose injection is always viewed as low permeability injection, which is not unanimous with the use of isotonic injection recommended by The Clinical Medication Guidelines, the nationally planned textbook for higher education that is compiled and published by the Pharmacopoeia Commission. The scale of 5% and 50% glucose injection in Chinese Pharmacopoeia should be changed into the mass concentration of 50 g·L-1 and 500 g·L-1 glucose injection respectively; "osmotic pressure molar concentration"(unit: mMOSmol·L-1) should be changed to "osmotic concentration"(unit: mol·L^(-1) or mmol·L-1).
