坎地沙坦联合钙离子阻滞剂对高血压并心肌肥厚的效果分析

目的分析应用坎地沙坦联合钙离子阻滞剂对高血压并心肌肥厚的临床疗效。方法收集2014年3月~2015年7月于我院高血压科进行治疗的高血压并心肌肥厚的120例患者的临床资料,将其随机分为观察者和对照组,每组60例;观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用坎地沙坦联合钙离子阻滞剂进行治疗,对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用单纯钙离子阻滞剂进行降压治疗。于接受治疗后的1个月、2个月、3个月及4个月后分别监测患者的血压情况,并于治疗4个月后对患者进行心脏超声的检查,对比两组患者的左心室射血分数、左心室重量指数、左心室舒张末内径、室间隔厚度及左心室壁厚度,根据对比结果对两组治疗方法的临床疗效进行评估。结果在治疗1个月及2个月后两组患者的血压间无明显差异,无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但在治疗3个月及4个月后监测血压发现,观察者患者血压明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗4个月后对患者进行心脏超声检查发现,观察组各项指标均优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用坎地沙坦联合钙离子阻滞剂对高血压并心肌肥厚患者有更好的临床效果,不仅可以长期有效地降低并稳定患者血压,而且还可以改善患者的心脏泵血功能,阻止心肌的进一步损伤,在临床上可大力推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of candesartan combined with calcium blockers for high blood pressure and cardiac hypertrophy. Methods Collected from March 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital for treatment of hypertension and hypertensive subjects cardiac hypertrophy clinical data of 120 patients were randomly divided into the observer and the control group, 60 cases; Observation patients in the conventional treatment based on the use of candesartan joint calcium blockers for treatment, control group patients in the conventional treatment based on the use of pure calcium blocker antihypertensive treatment. In a month after treatment, the patient’s blood pressure were monitored for 2 months, 3 months and 4 months later, and after 4 months of treatment for patients with heart ultrasound examination, compared two groups of patients with left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular mass index, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, interventricular septum thickness and left ventricular wall thickness, based on comparative assessment of the results of the clinical efficacy of two treatments. Results No results in blood pressure between the two groups of patients after treatment, one month and two months obvious difference was not statistically significant（P 〉0.05）, but after treatment for 3 months and 4 months to monitor blood pressure can be seen, the observer blood pressure significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; after 4 months of treatment for patients with heart ultrasound examination, the indicators are in the observation group than the control group of patients, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionCandesartan combined with calcium blockers for hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with better clinical effect, not only can effectively reduce the longterm and stable blood pressure, but also can improve the patient’s heart function, prevent myocardial further damage in clinical use can promote.
