Optimum pattern of spacing and suitable fracturing are important points of a development plan, and play decisive role for increasing recoverable reserves, gas recovery factor and daily production of tight gas reservoirs. With knowledge of hydraulic fracturing azimuth, adequate rectangular pattern will be helpful for improving recoverable reserves and gas recovery factor. As the development of terrestrial stress measuring, monitoring, and reservoir property and model study, an integrated analysis system has been established, thereby forming'modern'fracturing techniques.
