摘要 自动分拣机是集光、机、电、信息技术于一体的系统设备。系统内部主要涉及上包、识别、同步、信息处理、高速低噪输送及分拣入口等关键技术,其中每一项技术成熟与否将直接影响系统效率、差错率和可靠性等关键技术指标,可以说分拣设备是高新技术集成产物。该文提出了基于初级电阻压降补偿建立对高速交叉带分拣机的模糊[1]直接推力控制。在MATLAB/Simulink环境下的仿真实验结果表明,采用此种方法可以实现对高速交叉带分拣机直线电机驱动系统准确有效的控制,达到预先设定的控制效果。 Automatic sorting machine is a combination of mechanical, electronic and information technology in the integration of system equipment. Automatic sorting system involves in a lot of key technology such as loading of package, identification, synchronization, information processing, high-speed low noise transmission, each of a ma- ture technology or not will directly affect the key technical indexes which consist of system efficiency, error rate and the reliability, so sorting equipment is a high and new technology integration product. The paper come up with the method which apply fuzzy direct thrust control and primary resistance compensation into high-speed cross-beh sorter. Under the environment of MATLAB/Simulink, simulation experimental results show that using this method can make linear motor which is cross-belt sorter driving system under accurate, effective control and achieve pre-set control effect.
