摘要
依据风电机组的物理组件模型及其检测实时数据(SCADA监控数据),基于MATLAB/Simulink建立动态可视化的风电机组仿真模型。输入风场采集的风况数据,使用该模型仿真风力发电机组的运行。修改模型参数,使用该仿真模型虚拟仿真风电机组在齿轮箱发生断齿故障下的运行。对仿真结果的分析说明:基于Simulink的风电机组动态可视化仿真模型能够有效地仿真风电机组的运行情况,并能够通过修改模型参数模拟风电机组的故障运行,为风电机组的性能失效提供机制检测。
A dynamical virtual wind turbine system simulation model has been established based on MATLAB / Simulink. The main physical components are modeled and the real-time performance data (SCADA data) are input into the system model for fault detection. The wind data from the wind field have been input into the model to simu- late the running condition of the wind turbine. By modifying the model parameters, the system model can also virtual perform the wind turbine faulty conditions of gear tooth broken. The analysis result shows that the virtual wind turbine system simulation model based on Simulink can simulate the running operations of the wind turbine efficiently. The model can also virtual perform some faulty states to simulate the operations of the wind turbine in faulty conditions. Accordingly, the system model can be used as a detection for wind turbine failure mechanism research.
