摘要 提出一种综合考虑尺寸公差和形位公差的三维公差分析方法。建立矢量闭环装配模型,将形位公差赋予具体的尺寸值和公差值,结合矩阵计算完成三维装配公差分析。计算结果表明,包含形位公差和不包含形位公差的两种情况下,封闭环结果有着较为明显的差别,从而验证了形位公差对封闭环的影响。 A three dimensional tolerance analysis method based on dimension tolerance and geometric is pro- posed. The assembly model of vector closed loop is constructed. For geometric tolerance, the dimension and tolerance value are also given. Combined with matrix calculation, the corresponding tolerance analysis is finished. The results demonstrate that there are obvious differences of closed loop between geometric tolerance is included or not. It is also shown that geometric tolerance effects on closed loop should not be ignored.
