摘要
目前炼油企业加热炉排烟温度为120~150℃,受低温露点腐蚀的限制,无法进一步回收烟气低温余热。不透性石墨具有耐腐蚀性能强、导热系数大、表面不易结垢等特性,由其制成的空气预热器特别适用于露点温度以下的烟气余热回收。利用不透性石墨材料自行研制了一台热负荷为32.8kW的新型石墨空气预热器,并通过热态试验研究了新型石墨空气预热器的阻力特性、传热性能及耐温密封性能。试验表明,在适宜的流速范围内,新型石墨空气预热器的综合性能能够满足加热炉跨越低温露点腐蚀障碍,回收低温烟气余热,提高热效率的要求。
At present,the flue gas temperature of heating furnace in oil refining enterprise is 120~150 ℃.Limited by low temperature dew point corrosion,the flue gas waste heat cannot be further recovered.Impervious graphite has strong corrosion resistance,high thermal conductivity and non-fouling performance.So air preheaters made of impervious graphite are especially suitable for recovering the flue gas water heat below dew point temperature.A new type of graphite air preheater with a thermal load of 32.8kW is developed by using the impervious graphite material,and the resistance characteristics,heat transfer performance and temperature sealing performance of the air preheater are studied by thermal test.And the experiments show that the comprehensive performance of the new type of air preheater can meet the requirements of spanning low temperature corrosion barrier,recovering the flue gas waste heat and improving the thermal efficiency for the heating furnace in proper velocity range.
