摘要
全焊接板式换热器具有结构紧凑、换热效率高、耐腐蚀、拆卸方便等特点。为解决常减压装置常顶换热器腐蚀问题,中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司在2012年检修中,将原常顶U型管式换热器替换为全焊接板式换热器,实现了全焊接板式换热器在1 000万t炼油装置的应用。经过一个周期的使用,大幅减少了常顶腐蚀泄漏的频率,收到了较好的使用效果。文章着重阐述了全焊接板换在本周期使用情况与存在问题,并分析了设备泄漏的原因,提出落实改进方案,同时提出了装置长周期运行的预防措施。
All-welded plate heat exchanger has the advantages of compact structure,high heat efficiency,corrosion resistance,convenient disassembly and so on.In order to solve the corrosion problem of atmospheric distillation tower overhead heat exchanger in CDU,the U-type heat exchanger was replaced by all-welded plate heat exchanger in the 2012 overhaul in SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company.The application of all-welded plate heat exchanger in10-million-ton refining unit was realized.After using for one cycle,the frequency of corrosion leakage was reduced greatly and good application results were received.This paper focuses on the using condition and existing problems of the allwelded plate heat exchanger in this cycle.It analyzes the causes for the leakage and presents some preventive measures for long-term operation of the unit.
