摘要
对蒸馏装置常顶换热器频繁泄漏的原因进行分析,得出了换热管泄漏的主要原因是露点腐蚀和铵(胺)盐结晶沉积形成的垢下腐蚀共同作用的结果,其中塔顶注水量的不足加剧了腐蚀,这也是垢样中铁的腐蚀产物所占比重较大的原因。文章提出了降低铵(胺)盐结晶量;降低塔顶温度,加大蒸汽冷凝水注入量,使形成的铵(胺)盐及时溶解;对换热器换热管材质进行升级的三个针对性建议。
This paper analyzes the reasons for the frequent leakage of atmospheric distillation tower overhead heat exchanger.It is found out that the main reason for the tube leakage is the results of joint action from the dew point corrosion and under-deposit corrosion formed by ammonium(amine)salt crystallization & deposition,among which insufficient top water injection intensifies the corrosion.This is also the reason why iron corrosion products account for the larger portion of the scale samples.This paper puts forward three pertinent solutions to deal with the leakage problem covering reducing ammonium(amine)salt volume;reducing distillation tower top temperature and increasing the steam condensate injection rate so as to dissolve the formed ammonium(amine)salt in time;replacing and upgrading the material of the heat exchanger tube.
