摘要
针对中低品位胶磷矿正反浮选工艺中正浮选存在的入选量大、药耗高的问题,对宜昌某中低品位胶磷矿进行重浮联合工艺试验研究。结果表明,采用h/D超极限螺旋溜槽分选可以得到产率为47.43%的重选精矿和52.57%的重选尾矿,分别对重选精矿进行反浮选脱镁、对重选尾矿进行正反浮选,所得精矿合并,最终可获得P_2O_5品位31.29%、MgO品位0.93%、P_2O_5回收率89.10%的磷精矿。与单一浮选工艺相比,重浮联合工艺具有选矿成本低、药剂耗量小的优势,经济效益和环境效益明显。
To address the problems of a large quantity of feed- ings and high reagents consumption in the direct flotation of di- rect-reverse flotation process of mid-low grade collophane, the gravity-flotation combination process test on a mid-low grade eol- lophane from Yiehang was carried out. The results showed that the 47.43% concentrate and 52.57% tailings could be obtained by the gravity separation process of spiral chute with super criti- calh / D ratio. The reverse fl ration of gravity concentrate was performed to remove carbonate and the gravity tailings were trea- ted by the direct-reverse flotation. The concentrate from the re- verse flotation and the concentrate from the direct-reverse flota- tion are merged to be the final phosphate concentrate with P2O5 31.28%, MgO 0.93%, the recovery of P2O5 89. 10%. Com- pared with the single flotation process, the gravity-flotation com- bination process has the advantages of low beneficiation costs and less consumption of reagents with obvious economic and environ- mental benefits.
