摘要
为了探究花背蟾蜍蝌蚪变态发育期间主要生物学量度与甲状腺形态的关系,本研究测量了蝌蚪主要发育期的各项生物学量度(体长、尾长、眼间距、尾肌高、尾肌宽以及后肢长等),并利用组织学方法测量了花背蟾蜍蝌蚪甲状腺面积,不同大小滤泡面积及其滤泡上皮细胞高度,选择蝌蚪发育3个关键期G36、G42和G46,将6个蝌蚪生物学量度和甲状腺面积、滤泡面积和滤泡上皮细胞高度进行相关性分析。结果显示:体长、眼间距、尾肌高和尾肌宽在G38达到最大值,尾长在G42达到最大值;后肢长在G38~G40增长最快;尾长和尾肌高在G42开始快速衰减,尾肌厚在G44才快速衰减。甲状腺、大滤泡和中滤泡面积在G42达到最大值,而后呈下降趋势;小滤泡面积在G40达到最大值之后下降,在G44再次上扬。相关性分析结果显示:在滤泡上皮细胞高度方面,仅小滤泡上皮细胞高在G36与眼间距、在G42与尾肌宽为相关性显著,其他均为相关性极显著。在甲状腺及滤泡面积方面,仅甲状腺面积,在G36时与体长、后肢长、尾长和尾肌高间相关性不显著;与G42尾长、G46后肢长间相关性显著,其他均为相关性极显著。
To describe the relationship between tadpole and thyroid gland morphology in Bufo raddei tadpoles during metamorphosis,we recorded morphometrics of tadpoles(body length,tail length,interorbital distance,tail muscle height,tail muscle width and hind limb length).In addition,the thyroid gland area,the follicle areas of different sizes and the epithelia height were measured by histological methods.We selected three key stages,viz.G36,G42 and G46,in tadpole development,then analyzed correlations between thyroid area,follicle area,epithelia height and the six morphometric indices.Body length,internasal space,tail muscle height and tail muscle width reached their respetive maxima in stage G38.Tail length reached its maximum value in stage G42.The length of the hind limb grew fastest during G38- G40.Tail length and tail muscle height showed rapid attenuation at the beginning of G42,tail muscle width showed rapid attenuation during G44.The thyroid gland,the large follicles and medium follicles reached a maximum in G42 and then decreased.Small follicles reached their maximum in G40 then decreased,and rose again in G44.Correlation analysis showed that only the small follicle epithelia height was significantly correlated with internasal space in G36 and tail muscle width in G42.All other correlations were highly significant.Only thyroid gland area was not significantly correlated with body length,long hind legs,tail length and tail muscle height in phase G36.Thyroid gland area was significantly correlated with tail length in G42 and with hind limb length in G46.All other correlations were highly significant.
