摘要
,本文针对目前应用较多的多层建筑防护材料不同组合顺序构成的复合材料板进行数值模拟研究。通过对侵彻过程图和侵彻靶板的初始-剩余速度的拟合图分析得出,在弹体侵彻速度500-950m/s范围时,钢/泡沫铝/钢的复合靶板组合方式的结构抗侵彻能力最强;在950-1500m/s范围时,钢板/陶瓷+泡沫铝/钢板组合方式的结构抗侵彻能力最强。研究的结果为复合层防护结构材料和组合方式的进一步研究提供了参考。
In this paper, the current application of more composite materials protective plate multilayer construction consisting of different combinations of sequential numerical simulation.Through to the penetration process diagram and the penetration residual velocity of the initial-fitting chart, conclused that steel/aluminum/steel composite plate is maximum penetration resistance when the penentration rate is in the range of 500-950m/s and stee/ceramic+aluminum foam/steel composite is maximum penetration resistance when the penetration rate is in the range of 950-1500m/s. The results for the composite protective structure and combination will provide reference for further research.
