分散方式对壳聚糖-蒙脱土复合物性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of High-speed Mechanical Stirring and Ultrasonic Dispersing on the Properties of Chitosan-montmorillonite Composites

摘要 以蒙脱土和有机蒙脱土为研究对象,探讨了高速机械搅拌和超声波振荡两种分散方式对壳聚糖-蒙脱土复合物性能的影响,并将该复合物作为涂料对纸张进行涂布,检测了涂布纸的阻隔性能。研究结果表明,不论是蒙脱土还是有机蒙脱土,超声波振荡的分散效果好于高速机械搅拌,能明显减少蒙脱土颗粒的团聚现象,而且与蒙脱土相比,有机蒙脱土的分散性能更好;通过对涂布纸Cobb值以及水蒸气透过率的数据分析发现,壳聚糖-有机蒙脱土复合物涂布纸的抗水性比壳聚糖-蒙脱土复合物的好,并且超声波振荡分散方式能提高涂布纸对水蒸气的阻隔性。 In this paper, montmorillonite and organic montmorillonite were used as the research objects, the effects of two different methods of high-speed mechanical stirring and ultrasonic dispersing on the properties of chitosan-montmorillonite composites were studied, and the composite materials were used for the barrier coating of the paper. The results showed that the dispersing effect of ultrasonic was better than high-speed mechanical stirring, it could obviously reduce the agglomeration of montmorillonite particles no matter whether it was Na-montmo- rillonite or organic montmorillonite. Compared with montmorillonite, the dispersion of organic montmorillonite was better. Meanwhile, the data of Cobb value and water vapour transmission rate of the coated paper indicated that, the water resistance of chitosan-organic-montmorillonite composites was better than chitosan-montmorillonite composites, and the ultrasonic treatment of the composite could improve the barrier property of the coated paper.
