降低磁控电抗器温升的磁阀结构

摘要 磁阀式磁控电抗器铁心磁阀工作在半饱和或饱和状态时,会造成磁控电抗器局部温升较高,绝缘易老化,影响了它的使用寿命。为此研究出新型磁阀结构,通过经验公式和仿真,验证了新型结构能降低磁控电抗器铁心的温升。 Because of the core magnetic valve of the magnetic-controlled reactor working under the half or full saturation state, partial high temperature-rise would take place in it, making insulation aged and service life shorter. Thus, a new type of magnetic valve structure was studied and developed. Both experiment formula and simulation verified that the new structure was able to reduce the temperature-rise of the core of magnetic-controlled reactor.
