Improvement of Pretreatment Technology before Coating on Motors

针对交流牵引电机产品外观存在的问题,分析了目前涂装前处理工艺存在的缺点,对现用的工艺进行改进,达到降低生产成本和提高产品外观质量的目的。

Against problems of outer appearance of the AC traction motor, shortcomings of current pretreatment technology before coating were analyzed, and then, improved the current technology, reaching the aim of decreasing productive cost and increasing the outer appearance quality.
