摘要
近年来,磁性纳米材料由于其独特的物理和化学性质在生物医学领域得到广泛的应用。本文介绍磁性纳米材料在细胞分离中的应用情况,重点介绍其在循环肿瘤细胞分离检测中的研究进展。
Recently, magnetic nanomaterials are widely applied in biomedical area owing to their unique physical and chemical properties. Herein, we introduce the progress of application of magnetic nanomaterials in cell separation, especially, in detection of circulating tumor cells from human whole blood.
