摘要
本文介绍了一种适用于北斗导航接收机的CMOS宽带射频放大器,带宽设计在1.1-1.7GHz。放大器采用三级放大结构,第一级采用源极电感负反馈结构,在输入端加入了宽带匹配网络来扩展带宽;第二级提供增益同时实现单端转差分;第三级采用共源放大器。在放大器的最后加入了源级跟随器,保证输出阻抗为50Ohm,便于输出测试。采用TSMC 55nm CMOS工艺,电路已经流片验证,测试结果表明,噪声系数为4.2d B,S21大于40d B,S11小于-10d B,2.5V电源供电下功耗为30m W。
This paper presents a broadband CMOS RF amplifier for Beidou Navigation Receiver,the amplifier bandwidth is design from 1.1 to 1.7GHz. This amplifier have three stage, the first stage adopts the source degeneration structure with a bandpass filter at the input to make wideband impedance match. The second stage has single_ended input and differential output and provides more gain. The third stage is a common source amplifier. The amplifier have a source follower to make the output impedance match to 500hm convenient for test work. Implemented in TSMC 55nm CMOS process, and the test results shows that: noise figure is 4.2dB. S21 greater than 40dB, S11 is less than -10dB. The power consumption is 30mW with the power supply is 2.5V.
