摘要
论文提出了一种应用于宽带电台的低噪声放大器,用共栅放大器结构实现输入阻抗的匹配,采用双负反馈降低共栅放大器的噪声。论文基于SMIC 0.18um RFCMOS工艺设计,带宽为2000MHz^3000MHz,整个带宽范围内,S11<-10d B,增益为18d B,噪声系数典型值小于2.5d B,整个电路工作电压为1.8V,电流为20m A。
The paper presents a low noise amplifier for wideband radio, realizes the input impedance matching based on the common gate amplifier structure, we uses double negative feedback which can reduce total gate amplifier noise in this paper. The designe is based on the SMIC 0.18urn RFCMOS process in this paper, bandwidth is 2000MHz -3000MHz, during the entire bandwidth range, Sll〈-10dB, gain is 18dB, the typical noise figure value is less than 2.SdB, the whole circuit voltage is 1.8V, current is 20mA.
