不同开口肛门镜下复位固定减积治疗混合痔的疗效观察

Under the Anoscope with Different Opening Performing Reduction, Fixation and Subtracted-volume in the Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids：Effect Observation

为观察不同开口肛门镜辅助下复位、固定、减积治疗混合痔的临床疗效，将混合痔患者120例随机分为试验组和对照组各60例。试验组根据混合痔的不同状况，选取不同开口的TST配套透明肛门镜，在其辅助下．进行悬吊、固定、减积治疗；对照组采用常规TST治疗。结果显示，总体疗效试验组优于对照组（P〈0．05），手术费用及复发率比对照组低（P〈0．05），出血、痔核脱出比对照组少（P〈0．05），手术时间比对照组稍长（P〈0．05）。结果表明，不同开口肛门镜辅助下复位、固定、减积治疗混合痔疗效确切，并发症少，复发率低，方便快捷，费用低廉。

This study was to observe the clinical effect of mixed hemorrhoids through performing reduc- tion, fixation and subtracted-volume under the anoscope with different opening, randomly divided 120 cases into trip group and control group,60 cases for each;in trial group according to the hemorrhoids conditions selected the transparent anoscope with different opening which is a set of TST, then under the anoscope performed suspension,fixation and subtracted-volume;meanwhile control group only performed TST rou- tinely.As results,trial group in whole effect was superior to,in operative cost and recurrence rate lower than,in bleeding and hemorrhoids core prolapse less than, in operative time slightly longer than control group （all P〈0.05）.Results show that under the anoscope with different opening to treat mixed hemor- rhoids through reduction,fixation and subtracted-volume can achieve certain effect,and has such merits as less complication,lower recurrence rate,convenient and fast,and inexpensive cost.
