吻合器痔部分环切固定术治疗环状脱垂性、混合痔的临床研究

Staple Hemorrhoidal Part Circle-incison ＆ Fixed Procedure in the Treatment of Circumferential Prolapsed Mixed Hemorrhoids. Clinical Research

为探讨吻合器痔部分环切固定术治疗环状脱垂性混合痔的疗效，将60例环状脱垂性混合痔患者，根据手术方式分为研究组和对照组各30例。研究组采用吻合器痔部分环切固定术治疗，对照组采用传统的外剥内扎术治疗，观察并比较2组的临床疗效。结果显示，2组手术过程均顺利，并痊愈出院。研究组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院天数及术后首次排便时间均明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。研究组术后肛门失禁评分、肛门局部并发症评分及近期满意度评分均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，吻合器部分环切固定术治疗环状脱垂性混合痔是一种安全、有效的手术方式，临床治疗效果佳。

This study was to explore the curative effect of circumferential prolapsed mixed hemorrhoids treated with the staple hemorrhoidal part circle-incision ＆ fixed procedure divided 60 cases of this hemor- rhoids into research group and control one according to operation method,30 cases for each group;the for- mer received above-mentioned procedure,while the latter was subject to routine external dissection ＆ internal ligation;then both group＇s clinical effects were observed and compared.As results,the surgery of the two groups patients progressed all smoothly,and they were cured and discharged;but in operative time,in- traoperative bleeding volume,postoperative hospital stay and the first time for bowel movement after sur- gery the former was all significantly superior to the latter（ P 〈0.05） ;And in the score on postoperative in- continence of anus,on local complication of anus,as well on short-term satisfactory degree,the former were also superior to the latter（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that the staple of hemorrhoidal part circle-incision fixed procedure is a safe and effective surgical treatment with good effect.
