PPH与Milligan-Morgan术治疗重度混合痔疗效比较

Comparison on the Curative Effects of Severe Mixed Hemorrhoids Treated Respectively with PPH and Milligan-Morgan Procedure

为对比分析PPH与Milligan-Morgan术治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效，回顾性分析PPH（PPH组）和Milligan-Morgan术（传统手术组）治疗的各70例患者的临床资料，对比2组手术所需时间和术后完全恢复所需时间及其术后并发症等情况。结果显示，PPH治疗重度混合痔的手术时间比Milligan-Morgan术长，但术后愈合时间短于Milligan-Morgan术，术后并发症明显少于Milligan-Morgan术。结果表明，PPH治疗重度混合痔具有恢复快、痛苦小，并发症少等优点。

This study Was to compare and analyzed the clinical effect of severe mixed hemorrhoids treated with PPH and treated with Milligan-Morgan procedure, so retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 70 cases treated with PPH（as PPH group）, and 70 cases treated with Milligan-Morgan procedure（as routine surgery group）, and compared both group＇s following issues as the operative time, the time for complete re- covery after surgery,as well the status on postoperative complication,etc.As results,in the former the op- erative time,the time for complete recovery after surgery, and the incidence of postoperative cornplicaton was respectively longer,shorter and less than in the latter.Results show that of severe mixed hemorrhoids treated with PPH has such merits as faster recovery,milder pain and less complication,etc.
