TIME原则治疗肛周化脓性汗腺炎

Treatment of Perianal Hidradenitis Suppurative According to TIME Principle

为观察TIME原则治疗肛周化脓性汗腺炎的临床疗效，回顾性分析2014年6月至2015年3月收治的4例肛周化脓性汗腺炎患者的临床资料。结果显示，4例患者全部治愈。住院时间20～30d，平均25d。随访1年，无复发。结果表明，在TIME原则指导下治疗肛周化脓性汗腺炎疗效确切，值得临床推广。

In order to observe the clinical effect of perianal hidradenitis suppurative under ＂TIME Princi- ple＂,authors retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 4 cases with this disease who admitted in author＇s hospital from June 2014 to March 2015.As results,the 4 cases were cured,their hospitalization time was 20- 30 days（averaged 25 d） ;the follow-up of a year did not find any recurrence.Results show that the treatment of this disease under ＂TIME Principle＂ has certain effect,thus it is worthy to be popularized clinically.
